Restaurant opens its doors after honoring Vineland Fire Department, Police Department, EMTs and medics with pre-opening event
VINELAND, NJ – (March 24, 2026) – Bojangles, the legendary, Carolina-born chain celebrated for its iconic chicken, biscuits and tea, has officially opened in Vineland, New Jersey. Located at 3341 South Delsea Drive, the restaurant opened its doors to the public today at 6:00 a.m., bringing the brand’s signature flavors and warm hospitality to the community.
This is the company’s fourth location in the Philadelphia DMA, with other restaurants in Quakertown, PA, Reading, PA and Atlantic City, NJ.
To mark the occasion and show appreciation to those who protect and serve Vineland every day, Bojangles hosted a private Friends & Family-style event on March 23, honoring the town’s first responders. The “First to Table” event welcomed local police officers, firefighters, EMTs and medics to be the first to enjoy Bojangles’ menu, including favorites like Bo’s Chicken Sandwich, Chicken Tenders and Bo-Berry Biscuits. The event featured a special “biscuit cutting” ceremony – a Bojangles twist on the traditional ribbon cutting – with city officials, first responders and Bojangles representatives. “This opening is about more than just great Bojangles chicken and biscuits – it’s a celebration of the first responders who serve and protect the community day in and day out,” said Sanjay Patel of ADS Restaurant Group. “After opening our location in Piscataway last year, we’re excited to continue growing in the Garden State and introduce our Southern hospitality and famous flavors to this community. We’re especially proud to kick things off by honoring the local heroes who help keep it safe.”
In celebration of the opening, Bojangles is treating ten lucky customers to free breakfast for a year. Guests can visit this website to learn more about the sweepstakes and enter for a chance to win.
